Message: We went in a few weeks ago, process was seamless. Lou was awesome! Service really worked with us to get set up right. I want to add there after purchase care has been fantastic. I had an issue that was not there fault or related. But Lou still went out of his way to help me. I have and will continue to recommend.

Message: So far I've only visited to dump my gray/black tanks and for small accessory purchases but the service at the counter is second to none. I'm always treated like family. I would recommend Arlington to anyone that requires anything whether it be minor or major repairs and services.

Message: They have great supplies! Service department is fantastic. Went to the store asked for the lightest camper which can be pulled by a Jeep, and needed storage. Sale's guy showed me 5 camper's all were for multiple people and no storage.. I asked to see a little one, he opened it saying it would be tight... and it was the one I was looking for! Sale guy saw girl and want to sell bells.. This Lady needed shower, kitchen, and a bed.. not fancy! Sometimes it's better if you hear what the client is saying! Thanks I got it in Plainfield! You don't seem interested.

Message: Stopped in during a snow storm and Lou was nice enough to walk me through several RV’s. He was very polite and answered all my questions, top notch customer service!

Message: We looked high and low for the right RV. When we went to visit Arlington RV to view a travel trailer that looked like a good deal it was the customer service and no pressure environment that won us over. Mike was our salesmen who was super knowledgeable, kind, and patient (we are first time buyers with a million questions). Bill, “The Finance Guy” was amazing and patient, super fun to talk too. Zack was our “handyman” who did the orientation for us so we could get to know how to work the trailer and connect the trailer to our truck - so patient. They went above and beyond for us when we had some set backs with our plans, I can’t say enough about this family run business, they are amazing.

Message: Fair pricing, no high energy sales pitch. Ask for Lou or Dave in sales. Service work done on my camper was professionally completed and on schedule. Parts people seem knowledgeable. My brother just bought a travel trailer, and the staff worked as a team to make sure everything was right. A pleasure doing business with sales, parts, and service. I highly recommend Arlington RV Supercenter.
