Derrick in finance was very helpful as well and was able to assist me with an adjustment I had requested to the paperwork. I would gladly do business with them again in the future.

Message: I was in the service department, expecting my vehicle would have more repairs than it was worth. I casually browsed, and Richard was right by my side, giving me any piece of information I asked for. My hope was to stay in my old vehicle for one more year. Knowing he might not even make the sale, Richard researched all the best options for my budget. When I got the phone call that my old vehicle would cost more than it was worth, I informed Richard I would go through with the purchase but could not arrive for a few days. When I showed up Monday afternoon, Richard had everything ready, switched the plates, put my old car next to my new one, and made a seamless transition to my new 2023 Pathfinder.. The bottom line is I felt cared for by Richard. It was not a hard sell but an enjoyable and painless experience. I was in and out in 2ish hours. I am super grateful for Richard Melville and could not recommend him more. If you are looking to buy a Nissan, see Richard Melville at Anchor Nissan, he is truly the best!

Message: Service was great right out of the bat. Rich was very knowledgable, patient and understanding. Unlike Tasca Mazda in Warwick, RI where they wasted my time and told me to look at "THE VERY FINE PRINT" a few times to describe why I wasn't getting the price promoted online but actually a deal from NYC in their RI web. Don't waste your time on those hustlers. Go to Anchor Nissan where they're straight and the service is great. Thank you again Rich for help me find what I was looking for. Totally recommended.

Message: The service department here is amazing! I have had an issue with my car for almost a year. I went to many places and had numerous parts changed, with nothing fixing the problem. Mechanics elsewhere gave up, they couldn't even figure out what the problem was. I took it to Anchor and in 3 weeks it was running perfectly. Message: Anchor is amazing. The woman at the service counter knew me by name and took care of me right away. I was set up with a loaner vehicle and was told that I would have to pay for it if the repair was not covered under warrantee. I got a call the following day stating the repair was made and it was covered under warrantee along with the loaner.
