Message: The Manger Sean is great! If you need information about your repair or your vehicle in general he's the man to see. Extremely knowledgeable and very good at his job. his head is like a computer. I'm a mechanic and been in busy for over 17 years. This is the first time I took the time to give a review. Message: One of the associates was helpful, the others were not so much. Gave me some advice but couldn't help me. Didn't have the part I needed but recommended another store.

Message: Called ahead to one location in providence to ask about a hose and they told me they had it. I went to the store and turns out they didn't have it at all. I asked the man nicely to call other locations to find it for me and he told me he would AFTER he helped the 6 customers in line behind me. I walked out and called another Advance Auto and they assured me it was in stock, I showed up the manager had my part waiting for me. Will only be going to this one Advanced Auto from now on, and if that single location doesn't have the parts I need, auto zone it is!
